Terms of service

All offers by Suramya are non-binding and may be revoked at any time, unless stated otherwise in writing. Any written amendment by Suramya constitutes a new offer, automatically revoking the previous one. Any modification by the Customer will be considered a new offer, which Suramya may accept or reject at its discretion. Offers are only binding once accepted in writing by Suramya.

The Customer acknowledges that all samples, colours, designs, models, dimensions, and other product specifications are approximate. Minor variations, especially in colour tone, do not constitute a defect.

Product configurations and prices may change at any time. Suramya reserves the right to update price lists, catalogues, quotations, or other materials without prior notice.

All prices are exclusive of applicable taxes, duties, and fees, which must be borne by the Customer unless a valid exemption certificate is provided. If a new tax or levy increases Suramya’s cost of supply, Suramya may adjust its prices accordingly, including retroactively.

Prices are quoted in INR, or another currency if stated in writing by Suramya.

Each agreement for product delivery shall be treated as a separate contract.
