Return Policy

At Suramya Designs, we want you to love your purchase. If you're not completely satisfied, we offer returns and exchanges under the following terms:

Returns Accepted Within 5 Days

• Returns and exchange requests must be initiated within 5 days of delivery.

• Customers must notify us within 48 hours of receiving the order to begin the return process.

Return Conditions

To be eligible for a return or exchange, the item must:

• Be unused, unworn, and in its original condition.

• Be returned with all original packaging.

• Have the original barcode/tag attached and intact.

Return Shipping

• A flat return shipping fee of ₹150 applies to all approved returns and exchanges.

Restocking Fee

• No restocking fee will be charged on eligible returns.

Refunds & Exchanges

Once the returned item is received and passes our quality inspection:

• Eligible items may be exchanged for another product, or

• A refund or store credit may be issued, as applicable.

Final Sale Items

The following items are considered Final Sale and are not eligible for return, exchange, or refund:

• Customized or personalized products.

• Made-to-order items.

• Products marked as "Final Sale" at the time of purchase.

• Gift cards.

Returns Will Not Be Accepted If

• The item has been worn, used, altered, or damaged after delivery.

• The original barcode/tag is missing or damaged.

• The return request is made after the 5-day return period.

• The product is returned without prior notification and approval.
