Returns and Exchanges Policy
All Suramya Designs jewellery is handcrafted by skilled karigars and undergoes careful quality checks before dispatch. Because each piece is handcrafted, slight variations in colour, finish, or design may occur. These natural variations are not considered defects.
Eligibility
Returns or exchanges are accepted only when:
- The product was damaged in transit. A clear, continuous unboxing video is required.
- You received an incorrect product from us.
You must notify us within 48 hours of delivery. Requests submitted after this period may not be accepted.
The product must be returned:
- Unworn and unused
- In its original packaging
- With the product barcode and tags intact
- In the same condition in which it was received
Approval is subject to inspection by our Quality Control team.
Replacement and Store Credit
Once the returned product reaches us, it will undergo a quality check.
- Approved damaged or incorrect products will be replaced with the same product.
- If the product is unavailable, a credit note of the eligible amount will be issued.
- Refunds are provided only as store credit, not to the original payment method.
- Store credit is valid for 3 months from the date of issue.
Replacement products are generally delivered within 10–15 days, depending on availability.
Reverse Pickup
Once your request is approved, we will arrange a reverse pickup where the service is available.
For exchanges requested because of ring or bangle sizing, a ₹250 pickup and redelivery charge will apply. Size-related returns are not eligible for a refund or store credit.
Items Not Eligible for Return, Exchange or Store Credit
Requests will not be accepted for:
- Packages lost during return shipping
- Packages refused by the recipient
- Used, worn, altered or damaged products
- Size-related returns
- Incorrect or incomplete delivery addresses provided by the customer
- Jewellery that is not faulty, damaged or incorrectly supplied
- Minor handcrafted variations in colour, finish or design
- Orders that could not be delivered after three courier attempts
- Products returned without intact barcodes, tags or original packaging
- Returns sent without prior approval
Suramya Designs is not responsible for unauthorised returns or products damaged or lost while being returned by a shipping method not arranged or approved by us.
