Every Suramya Designs piece is handcrafted by skilled karigars and carefully quality-checked before dispatch. Because each piece is handmade, slight variations from the product photographs may occur and are not considered defects.

Returns or exchanges are accepted only when:

• The order was damaged in transit. A clear, continuous unboxing video is required.
• You received an incorrect product from us.

Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. Approved items must be returned exactly as received: unworn, unused, with the original packaging and the barcode or tag intact.

Once we receive the item, it will undergo a quality check. If approved, we will replace it with the same product. If the product is out of stock, we will issue store credit for the eligible amount. Refunds are issued only as store credit, not to the original payment method.

Store credit is valid for 3 months from the date of issue and cannot be exchanged for cash.
